🕒 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.

  • You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) after purchase, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@glpslims.shop with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Our order processing time is 2–5 business days. If your cancellation request is submitted before the order is processed or dispatched, it will be approved and refunded in full.

In short: If your order hasn’t shipped and your cancellation request is made within 2 days of purchase, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not purchased directly from glpslims.shop.

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable unless defective.

  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.


🚚 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team first at support@glpslims.shop.
Our representatives will:

  1. Confirm your order details.

  2. Provide the specific return address based on your location.

  3. Issue a return authorization and, if applicable, a free return shipping label (for qualified cases).

⚠️ Do not send your return to any address listed on your package.
Please contact customer service to obtain the correct warehouse address for your region.


📝 Return Package Requirements

When sending your item back, please include the following information inside the package:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Full Name

  • The Reason for Return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Proper documentation helps us process your refund faster.


💵 Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (for example: wrong size, change of mind, personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    • The actual cost depends on the courier or express company you choose.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (for example: wrong item shipped, damaged product, or quality issue), we will cover the return shipping fee and provide a prepaid label.


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We will notify you by email that we have received your return.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 3–10 business days.

  3. If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The product is returned without prior contact or authorization.

  • The return request exceeds 30 days after delivery.

  • The returned item is incomplete, used, or not in its original condition.

  • The shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.


🌿 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
